1. Do I need to make a reservation?

To ensure you have a guaranteed spot, we recommend using our online reservation system.

If there are last-minute openings, you can also start right away.

For groups of 6 or more people, registration is required 4 weeks in advance.

2. If I come by car, where do I park?

There are several metered parking spots along the Riedgarten and Zwicky Strasse. There are also visitor parking spaces in the underground car park of the Zwickystrasse 32 building (red brick building on the right soon after entrance to Zwicky from Neugutstrasse).

 

3. When do I pay for the ceramics and studio fee?

Payment is made directly on-site after your studio session. You can pay conveniently by cash, Twint, or credit card.

 

4. Are the paints safe?

The glaze colors are non-toxic, lead-free, food-safe, and water-soluble.

5. What if I get paint on my clothes?

The paints are water-soluble and can be washed out of all fabrics.

6. What if my piece breaks?

Ceramics are delicate materials, so please handle your creations with care. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs after collection. If something happens to break during the firing process, the material will of course be replaced. However, you’ll need to set aside time to paint it again. The studio fee will be waived.
