General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Data Collection & Privacy

When you book an appointment through our online booking tool, your personal details (e.g. name, email address, phone number) are collected. This information is used solely to manage your booking and to contact you if we have any questions.

 

2. Payment

Payment is made directly on-site after your studio session. You can pay conveniently by cash or Twint.

 

3. Participation & Liability

Participation in our activities is at your own risk. Keramikum accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages arising in connection with participation, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Ceramic Pieces & Damages

Ceramics are delicate materials, so please handle your creations with care. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs after collection. If something happens to break during the firing process, the material will of course be replaced. However, you’ll need to set aside time to paint it again. The studio fee will be waived.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before your booking.
For late cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of CHF 50 per person will apply.

6. Children & Supervision

Children under the age of 12 may only participate when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Supervision remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.

 

7. Use of Photos

Keramikum reserves the right to use photos of painted ceramics for promotional purposes (e.g. website or social media).
If you prefer that your artwork or photos not be published, please let us know during your visit.

 

8. Group Bookings

Group bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the scheduled event date.
For later cancellations, 50% of the agreed total cost will be charged.
